柱塞排水采气技术在涪陵页岩气田的试验应用

Abstract:

In view of the obviously increasing of fluid accumulation in some old wells in Fuling shale gas field, in order to develop suitable drainage gas production technology, it is planned to carry out pilot tests of plunger gas lift in several gas wells in Block W of the shale gas field. Because shale gas wells have the characteristics of diameter expansion in the production wellhead and diameter reduction in the production tubing string, the application of conventional plunger technology is restricted. For this reason, the wellhead modification of shale gas wells and the design of the combined plunger were carried out, which has effectively solved the wellhead bottleneck and leakage problems in the application of plunger technology in shale gas wells. In addition, this article also introduces two methods for judging the feasibility of the application of plunger drainage technology in the Fuling shale gas field. These methods have strong guidance for the selection of plunger wells in Block W. At the same time, combined with the actual on-site production, the process has shown significant process effects, system optimization effects and better economic benefits in the test. 13 wells were applied on site in Block W, with a success rate of 100% . The successful trail test of the plunger drainage gas recovery technology not only further improved the drainage and gas recovery process system of the Fuling shale gas field, but also provided a guarantee for the increase in production and efficiency of the gas field due to its promotion potential.

摘要: 针对涪陵页岩气田部分老井积液日渐明显这一现象,为探索合适的排水采气工艺,在页岩气田 W 区块若干气井中开展了柱塞气举先导试验。由于页岩气井具有生产井口扩径、生产管柱缩径的特征,常规柱塞技术应用受到制约,为此进行了页岩气井柱塞排采井口改造及组合柱塞的设计,有效解决了柱塞技术在页岩气井应用存在的井口瓶颈及漏失问题。文章还介绍柱塞排采工艺在涪陵页岩气田应用可行性判断的两种方法,该方法对 W 区块柱塞选井具有较强的指导性。同时,柱塞排采工艺在现场生产实际中表现出了显著的工艺效果、制度优化效果及较好的经济效益。W区块现场应用 13口井,成功率 100%。柱塞排水采气技术的试验成功不仅进一步完善了涪陵页岩气田排水采气工艺体系,而且所表现出来的推广潜力更为气田上产增效提供了保障。
